We’re thrilled to announce that Phil Lipscomb has joined the Worthy Group sales team as a Business Development Manager (BDM). With over 25 years of experience in workshop supervision, Phil brings unparalleled expertise and a proven track record in the machinery and components industry.
Phil’s career began in the Sydney automotive sector before transitioning into the underground machinery industry, where he has spent the past two decades building a stellar reputation. His journey has taken him across the globe, including nine successful years in Sudbury, Canada, and now to Perth, Western Australia where Phil has called home for the past decade. Known for creating a high-quality team environment in his workshops, Phil’s retention rate, leadership and people skills are second to none.
In his role at Worthy Group, Phil will focus on delivering high-quality machinery and component solutions to our valued clients. His deep industry knowledge and client-first mindset make him a fantastic addition to our team.
Outside of work, Phil is a proud husband and father to two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys boating, BBQing, and even brewing his own beer—a true all-rounder!
