To coincide with the WPIL Auction & Expo, the Mining Legends Project was completed, and a Gala Ball was held to thank all the donors and announce the total funds raised. The Mining Legends Project was founded to support Miners’ Promise and other community charities. With the help of many generous donors across the mining sector we were able to rebuild a CAT R2900G Loader and raise over $800,000 for charity. Read the 9 News report here.

Our Perth branch move into its current facility at 7 Marmalade Way, Maddington. The new location allows us to expand our operations in and around the Perth area, with a larger warehouse, workshop, and office space.

Worthy Group has taken over long-running mechanical repair business Boyes Equipment SVS.
Labelled a “strategic acquisition”, Worthy Group officially took over the business on Tuesday, with more than 50 staff transferring under the change.
Worthy Group managing director Michael Worthington said Boyes would complement Worthy’s business direction, which already provides tailored procurement and disposal solutions for its mining clients.

Worthy Parts started in 2014 when founder Michael Worthington could not believe the amount of waste which was happening in the mining sector. He came up with an idea to recoup some money from leftover or redundant parts which accumulate in workshop stores all over the industry.
Launching a mining equipment e-commerce website has led the Kalgoorlie Boulder business to take an active role in the global sales market. Michael and Jaymi Worthington are now proud to bring up 10 years in business in 2024.
