The team have wrapped up their first couple of days at the bauma 2022 Trade Fair in Munich.
The first morning started with the official opening by German Federal Minister for Digital and Transport, Dr Volker Wissing, Bavaria’s Minister President, Dr. Markus Söder and CEO of Messe München, Stefan Rummel. While the Worthy Parts team settled into the massive event checking out the CAT Electric Vehicles and a big display from Komatsu with the PC4000 Electric model.
Day two has seen 46 innovative young companies present their latest solutions in line with the key topics of this year’s bauma:
🔹 Construction methods and materials of tomorrow
🔹 The way to autonomous machines
🔹 Mining – sustainable, efficient, reliable
🔹 Digital construction site
🔹 The way to Zero Emissions.
While the crew dropped by Hitachi and Liebherr stands to see the latest machines on offer and familiarise themselves with the products.
This year marks the 33rd edition of the fair, with the theme being zero-emissions such as the digitisation of the construction industry to autonomous machines and the future of mining.
With the fair running until Sunday 30th October, the team have plenty of time to immerse themselves in all bauma has to offer.
